Great Execution Can't Fix the Wrong Plan.

A 90-day plan that targets paying for itself — before the first quarter closes.

The operating system is running. The team's working hard. And still — you lie awake wondering if this quarter's plan is aimed at the right things. Scout It answers that with evidence — your leadership team's confidential truth, your customers' funded priorities, and live market data — a proven process that leverages AI, with a certified human facilitator in the loop. It sits in front of EOS, Scaling Up, Lean, 4DX, and OKRs — and it compounds.

Growth Stalls in the Gaps Between These Three

Most plans are built on the loudest voice in the room. Scout It compares what your team believes, what your customers fund, and what your market shows — and puts the disagreements in front of you.

Your Leadership Team

Anonymous input, aggregated before anyone sees it — so the team says what is actually stuck, not what is safe to say.

Your Customers

Named customers rank their priorities and allocate a forced budget across them — evidence of what they value, not what they applaud.

Your Market

Live market and competitor research scoped to your industry, with sources you can check — plus the operating facts from your own numbers.

The Growth System That Pays For Itself

One evidence cycle: your leadership team's confidential answers, your customers' ranked, funded priorities, and live market research — resolved in facilitated working sessions into 3–5 initiatives with owners, numbers, and 90-day milestones.

It pays you three ways: friction fixes and AI plays targeted to recover the fee in 90 days, initiatives aimed at demand your customers already fund, and a quarterly pulse that keeps the plan aimed as your market moves. Always delivered with a certified facilitator — $15,000 a year, billed $3,750 a quarter.

For Companies

Validate the plan before you commit the next 90 days to it. Every claim in your strategy traced to a customer, a teammate, or a number.

Built for CEOs Who Are Done Guessing

Privately held companies with $5M–$500M in revenue — manufacturers, distributors, services firms, healthcare, software, and the trades

Operators who are excellent at execution but no longer sure where the next profitable growth comes from

Leadership teams running EOS, Scaling Up, or their own cadence who suspect their strategy needs to be grounded in customer evidence

Companies evaluating acquisitions, integrating a recent deal, or resetting a portfolio company’s growth trajectory

Who This Is Not For

This isn't for leaders looking for affirmation of what hasn't worked. If the plan is above questioning, we're not your partner. Scout It is for operators who'd rather hear the truth — from their team, their customers, and their numbers — while there's still time to act on it.

Growth Architecture Assessment

Five Growth Types. Which One Are You?

Every company falls into one of five patterns. Your Growth Type determines your strategy — and how Scout It gets you unstuck.

The Visionary Ceiling

“Your vision built this company. Now it’s the thing holding it back.”

How Scout It gets you unstuck — and paid back

Scout It turns the strategy in your head into a plan your whole team owns — so the company grows without waiting on you.

The Engine Without a Map

“You execute better than 90% of companies. You just don’t know where you’re going.”

How Scout It gets you unstuck — and paid back

Scout It gives your execution engine a destination — your customers’ funded priorities become 3–5 aimed initiatives, so your execution muscle finally compounds into profit.

The Rising Star

“Momentum is real. The question is whether your organization can handle what’s coming.”

How Scout It gets you unstuck — and paid back

Scout It pressure-tests your momentum — team capacity and customer evidence show which bets your organization can carry, so momentum scales instead of breaking something.

The Sleeping Giant

“You have more capability than your strategy is using.”

How Scout It gets you unstuck — and paid back

Scout It shows where your unused capability meets real customer demand — so the capability you already pay for starts earning its keep.

The Drifting Platform

“Good bones. No clear direction. Every initiative fights for priority.”

How Scout It gets you unstuck — and paid back

Scout It forces the priority call — evidence ranks every initiative, the vital few get funded and owned, so every initiative pulls in one paying direction.

What Happens If the Strategy Stays Wrong

You don't need a consultant to tell you what you already feel. If your team is executing hard but growth isn't compounding, the problem is upstream. It's in the strategy.

The companies that get left behind aren't lazy. They're executing the wrong plan with great discipline.

An operating system can't save you from this. EOS's own guidance says one wrong Rock costs you a quarter at minimum — a quarter of payroll, focus, and momentum spent executing the wrong priority brilliantly. Discipline multiplies a good strategy. It multiplies a bad one just as fast.

AI-native competitors are moving faster.

Well-capitalized acquirers are circling the companies that plateaued.

Top performers leave for companies with a clear direction.

The window for building the right strategy — before the next downturn or disruption — is not unlimited.

Board room strategy session

The assessment is free. It takes 15 minutes. The cost of knowing what's actually holding you back is zero. The cost of not knowing compounds every quarter.

Common Questions

Scout It is a proven, evidence-driven process that leverages AI — with a certified human facilitator in the loop — and it’s built to pay for itself: your leadership team’s confidential answers, your customers’ funded priorities, and live market research become 3–5 aimed initiatives plus a First 90-Day Payback Plan of friction and AI fixes. One cycle collects your leadership team’s anonymous answers and your customers’ ranked priorities, runs live market and competitor research, maps every disagreement between those voices, and ends with an evidence-linked Truth Report and 3–5 validated initiatives — each with an owner, KPIs, and three 90-day Rocks — that load directly into ninety.io, Strety, or EOS One. It is always delivered with a certified facilitator. $15,000 annually, billed $3,750 per quarter.

Quarter one is designed as the Payback Sprint: the friction and AI plays surfaced from your own team’s answers are scored on payback and targeted, conservatively, to exceed the $15,000 annual fee. Run your own numbers in the 60-second Growth ROI Calculator — every assumption is visible and adjustable. And if your first-quarter Payback Plan doesn’t identify returns exceeding the annual fee, the next quarter is on us.

An offsite produces a plan that starts aging the day it’s printed. Scout It produces a living one: every quarter, a short pulse gathers fresh signal from your team, your customers, and your market, and re-aims the plan while there’s still time to act on it. The binder becomes a system — and the system compounds.

A certified facilitator — your C12 chair, EOS implementer, or trusted consultant — runs the cycle with your leadership team, white-labeled under their brand. If you don’t have an advisor, Scout Advisors facilitates a limited number of engagements directly each quarter. If you already trust an implementer or advisor, tell us — we certify them alongside your first cycle.

A language model can generate answers from a prompt. Scout It runs a proven evidence process: confidential team input, customer priorities, market research, proven strategic thinking, and facilitated decisions. The model helps process the evidence; it does not replace the method or make the final trade-offs for your leadership team.

The Scout Growth Architecture is a four-module, customer-driven strategic planning process developed by Scout Advisors. It diagnoses your company’s internal reality, validates growth opportunities against customer and market evidence, architects prioritized growth initiatives, and translates the strategy into EOS-ready output including a one-page strategy, KPI dashboards, and Rocks. Designed for B2B companies with $5M–$500M in revenue.

EOS implementers help you execute a strategy through disciplined operating rhythms — V/TO, Rocks, Scorecards, L10 meetings. Scout Advisors builds the strategy that feeds into those tools. If EOS is the construction crew, Scout Advisors is the architect who designs the building first. The two are complementary.

A Growth Type classifies your company’s current growth pattern and primary constraint. There are five Growth Types: The Visionary Ceiling, The Engine Without a Map, The Rising Star, The Sleeping Giant, and The Drifting Platform. CEOs use their Growth Type to quickly communicate their growth challenge to leadership teams, boards, and advisors.

The Growth Architecture Assessment is designed for CEOs, owners, and presidents of privately held companies with $5M to $500M in annual revenue — manufacturers, distributors, services firms, healthcare, software, and the trades. It is built for operators who are strong at execution but unsure where the next profitable growth comes from. It is also used by C12 chairs and EOS implementers as a pre-session diagnostic tool.

A one-hour working session with Scout Advisors — not a sales call. Before the call you complete a short pre-session survey, and we review your Growth Architecture Assessment results. On the call we interpret your Growth Type and Primary Constraint and map your highest-priority strategic moves — including whether a Scout It cycle, a full engagement, or a certified advisor in your area is the right next step. $250 when you complete the assessment — normally $500 — with a full refund if it doesn’t deliver value. If you engage further, your survey answers jumpstart your Scout It setup.

The normal one-hour Strategy Session is $500. Completing the Growth Architecture Assessment unlocks the session for $250 because your result and pre-session answers let us prepare, focus the hour, and determine the right next move faster. If the session does not deliver value, the $250 is refundable.
