He later negotiated acquisitions structured to pay back within three years and is CM&AA-accredited in buy-side M&A.
As CEO Coach to Columbia Forest Products (2,100-employee ESOP), Jon has aligned Boards and executive teams around customer-driven strategic initiatives, measurable KPIs, and acquisition-driven growth architecture.
He previously contributed to Danaher Business Systems, helping achieve a 30% core growth rate increase across three operating divisions.

Debbie DeLine
Operational Excellence Lead
Debbie brings 30 years of operational excellence experience, including lean manufacturing deployment, ERP systems implementation, and technology-enabled standard work design.
At Beta Fueling Systems, she reduced lead times by over 50%, lowered labor costs, and helped drive the 600%+ profitability improvement.

AI & Technology Lead
Richard P. brings Silicon Valley-caliber AI engineering experience to Scout Advisors’ engagements. Under contract with Scout Advisors, he leads the design and development of AI-powered tools — including the Growth Operating System (GOS) — and translates AI strategy into measurable operational outcomes for clients. Richard’s work in the field has earned recognition from leading AI research communities.
Scout Advisors is the human-in-the-loop expression of a larger vision: making evidence-based, customer-driven strategic planning accessible to every B2B company — not just Fortune 500s with unlimited budgets. The Growth Operating System (GOS), currently in development, will bring the same four-module process to leadership teams as a self-serve platform. scout-advisors.ai represents the highest-touch version of that mission: our team working personally with a small number of companies each year, doing the work that matters.
